The COM-45 has the appearance of three COM-15s melted together. When fired, the weapon has an insane amount of recoil as it has a Rate of Fire of 3600 bullets per minute or 60 bullets per second. Each bullet fired will randomly pick one of the three sights to exit out of. Every other stat of the COM-45 is the as the COM-15.
<br> The weapon's firerate and power allows it to quickly terminate any human player unlucky enough to be caught in its fire.
The weapon is also effective against SCPs, though its high recoil makes it hard to successfully aim and land every shot.
