The COM-45 is a Special Weapon that can only be created by placing the COM-15 in SCP-914 on Very Fine.

In Game

The COM-45 stats are mostly similar to the COM-15, with the most notable difference having a fire rate of 3600 rounds per minute (60 rounds per second). The high rate of fire makes the weapon have one of the highest damage per second in the game. Although, the weapon's recoil makes it extremely hard to control.

Using ADS will cause the player to aim down one of the three barrels at random.

Holding down the E key on a player with the firearm equipped will disarm the player.

The COM-45 has no attachments.
