SCP-500 is an SCP item that can be used to fully heal the player and remove some Status Effects.
SCP-500 can be found in Bulletproof Locker №7s. Which require a keycard with both Containment Access 2 and Checkpoint Access Janitor Icon dark.png Guard Icon dark.png ZManager icon dark.png

Research Supervisor Icon.png Sergeant Icon.png Chaos card icon2.png

to open. Multiple SCP-500 pills will spawn per game, but only one will spawn within each pedestal.
SCP-500 the only healing item in the game that will completely restore a player's health regardless of its previous value and class.

When equipped, the user can press Left Click.png Left Click to consume a pill.
SCP-500 can also be crafted in SCP-914 by putting an Adrenaline shot on the Fine setting.

In Game[edit]

  • Fully heals the player.
  • Grants a regeneration that last 10 seconds and can heal up to 100 HP.
  • Removes the SCP-207, Burned, Concussed, Poisoned and Deafen Status Effects.
  • Reduces the damage of the Bleeding Status Effect to its lowest possible value.


Related Achievements[edit]

Escaping as a Class-D with at least 2 SCP Items in your inventory grants the Property of the Chaos Insurgency achievement.
Using SCP-500 when you are about to die grants the Crisis Averted achievement.
