Adrenaline
Adrenaline is a type of Medical Item found in SCP: Secret Laboratory.
Adrenaline will grant the user a small amount of Artificial HP, allowing them to sustain more damage and lose less permanent health. Adrenaline also provides the player with unlimited stamina for a short period of time.
It can be used by pressing
Left Click while equipped.
In Game Effects
- Grants 40 Artificial Health (decays at 1.2 AHP/s)
- Refills the stamina bar to full; gives the Invigorated Gives the player infinite sprint Status Effect for 20 seconds.
- 70% of damage is absorbed by Artificial Health.
- If Artificial Health is depleted, excess damage will be dealt to regular HP at 100%.
- Artificial Health drains at 1 AHP/s and caps at 75 AHP.
- Removes the Template:Hoveriage Status Effect.

- Adrenaline used to give players a powerful regeneration when it was first added. This was removed in v11.0.0.
